"After going somwehere else and getting my son a horrible haircut I came here and cleaned him up nicely and got things all fixed up. Atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The girls that cut hair are pretty friendly as well"

"I know this is a family-owned franchise, and I hate to leave this rating, but I've been here twice (maybe three times), and each time I've received poor, disinterested service that left me sincerely regretting the ~$30 I spent.
Most recent time I went in, I got a monotone, dispassionate hairstylist who didn't bother to go through the motions and who literally tossed a towel at me and suggested I use it to dry off if I wanted to. No, sorry, that's what I'm paying you for.
The previous time, the hairstylist/manager on duty got into an argument with me over their free haircut punch card thing and refused to take it. Just terrible customer service."
